Thanks guys. There was no native (manual) install option listed under Dell's BIOS menu options so I left it at Auto! If it cant be seen in Disk Management and BIOS it is simply not communicating with the motherboard. over here Only one shows up.When I "Scan for Hardware Changes", nothing happens.

supidly i turned the computer off by holding my power button, this i did a few times since it continually got stuck on that screen.
