Tell them you support the bipartisan Digital Right to Repair Bill. I did open it up from the access panel and found the CPU fan had lost a screw. I think it's either bad memory module or motherboard failure. I came home one day and the laptop had shut down on it's own and I no longer receive any solid Led lights.
